• Outbound calling to existing customer

• Ensuring maximum number of calls and meeting daily target of connects

• Ensuring customer retention target is met

• Resolving query of the customers

• Maintaining call quality

Education: Graduate

Work experience in years: 6months to 1 year experience in calling
Skills / experience required - Yes

Level - L1

Expert or Intermediate or Beginner

Other skill set:

• Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Any additional language would be an added benefit

• Good communication skill
