Walk-in || Test Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct testing and validation of fuel-system and automotive components as per approved test procedures and specifications.

• Perform functional, performance, endurance, pressure, leakage, flow, and dimensional tests on products.

• Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment, instruments, test rigs, and measuring devices.

• Prepare test setups and ensure proper calibration and functioning of testing equipment before conducting tests.

• Record test results accurately and prepare test reports, inspection reports, and test documentation.

• Analyze test results and identify deviations, failures, or abnormalities in product performance.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, R&D;/Engineering, and Maintenance teams for resolving product and testing-related issues.

• Support investigation of product failures through testing and root-cause analysis.

• Ensure testing activities are carried out as per SOPs, quality standards, safety procedures, and customer specifications.

• Maintain laboratory records, equipment logs, calibration records, and testing documentation.

• Support new product development and validation activities by conducting required product tests.

• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and 5S practices within the laboratory and testing area.
