Walk-in || Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end in-house recruitment for all departments.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with HODs.
• Manage offer negotiations and issue offer/appointment/appraisal letters.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and documentation.
• 1-6 years of Recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
