Job Responsibilities

• Generate new home loan leads through field visits, referrals, and direct sales.
• Identify potential customers and promote home loan products.
• Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, and customers.
• Explain home loan eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Assist customers with loan applications, KYC, and document collection.
• Follow up with customers and coordinate with banking teams for loan processing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.
• Willingness to work in field sales.
• Basic knowledge of banking and home loan products is an advantage.
• Freshers with an interest in banking sales are welcome.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
