Walk-in || Regional HR

Job Summary:

The Regional HR South will manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple sites in Southern India, ensuring effective HR service delivery, employee relations, statutory compliance, and adherence to company policies. The role involves regular site visits, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, labour law compliance, and close coordination with Corporate HR and regional business teams..

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies.
• Ensure statutory and labour law compliance, including PF, ESIC, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, and Gratuity.
• Coordinate contractor compliance, statutory audits, and inspections.
• Support regional recruitment and manpower planning for sites and projects.
• Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate training, POSH, safety awareness, and other HR initiatives.
• Work closely with Corporate HR, regional heads, project managers, and external agencies.
• Travel extensively across South India for site visits and HR-related activities.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on HR generalist experience in multi-site/project-based environments.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with frequent travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR MIS systems.
