CIEL HR Services Ltd. is looking for experienced and result-oriented Staffing Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Kolkata.

2 Male Field Recruiters

Job Role: Staffing & Bulk Hiring Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment for multiple client requirements.
  • Source and mobilize candidates through job portals, references, vendors, institutes, consultants and other recruitment channels.
  • Handle high-volume hiring and ensure candidates are aligned within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, institutes and internal teams for recruitment activities.
  • Conduct candidate screening, telephonic interviews and follow-ups.
  • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily MIS.
  • Drive candidate joining and ensure successful closure of requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate and vendor network across East India.
  • Handle multiple categories of hiring including Logistics, Technical, Blue Collar/Grey Collar, Customer Service, NAPS & NATS.

Male Field Recruiter

• Field recruitment and candidate mobilization.
  • Institute, vendor and consultancy visits.
  • Support bulk hiring drives and walk-in campaigns.
  • Own bike is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment activities.

Female – Office Recruiter

• Office-based recruitment and candidate coordination.
  • Strong candidate follow-up and joining conversion.
  • Vendor/consultancy coordination.
  • Good communication and recruitment account-management capability.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in Staffing Recruitment
Mandatory: Proven Bulk Hiring / Volume Recruitment experience
Strong sourcing and candidate mobilization skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Strong follow-up and closure skills
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
