Recruitment Opportunities Across Levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Finance & Accounting roles such as:
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Record to Report (R2R)
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• General Ledger (GL)
• Taxation and Audit
• Treasury and Controllership
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of finance professionals for current and future requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Finance & Accounting recruitment.
• Good understanding of AP, AR, R2R, GL, FP&A, Tax, Audit, and related finance functions.
• Experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Expertise in salary negotiation and offer management.
• Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS tools
