Walk-in || Personal Loan Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for personal loan products.
• Explain personal loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Source business through cold calling, references, field visits, and other sales channels.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up with customers regularly to ensure timely completion of the loan process.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and KYC guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (as per company requirements).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Skills: Good communication, convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Sales Ability: Target-oriented with a strong interest in banking sales.
• Other Requirements: Basic knowledge of personal loans and banking products is an advantage.
