Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing patients for surgery by cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing equipment and surfaces.
  
• Operate autoclaves to sterilize instruments and supplies.
  
• Dispense medications as needed during surgeries or procedures.
  
• Provide critical care support to patients undergoing ophthalmic retinal surgery.
  
• Maintain accurate records of inventory management, including stock levels of consumables and disposable items.
