Walk-in || Nursing Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall nursing department and daily nursing operations.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure adequate staffing across all shifts.
• Prepare and monitor nursing duty rosters and staff deployment.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, and patient safety standards.
• Monitor nursing documentation, infection control practices, and quality standards.
• Conduct staff training, meetings, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with doctors, HODs, and hospital management for smooth operations.
• Handle nursing staff grievances, discipline, and performance-related issues.
• Ensure proper maintenance of nursing records and compliance with applicable hospital standards
