Walk-in || MIS Executive and Analyst

POSITION TITLE- MIS Executive

DEPARTMENT- GM Office

EXPERIENCE- 2-5 Years Preferred

LOCATION- Moti Nagar, Delhi

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Prepare daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports
• Create and maintain Promoter Sales Dashboards
• Data compilation and validation from field teams
• Prepare monthly Targets & New Product Launch Model Targets
• Attendance management and coordination with field staff
• Data visualization: Compile charts, tables, dashboards, and other visual elements to analyze performance and generate insights
• Reporting: Deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to zone teams & management
• Communication: Coordinate and communicate findings across business teams to support operational improvements
• Support reporting automation and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports

4. Proficiency in Advanced Excel & Report Automation
5. Understanding of databases and data management
6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in reporting
7. Ability to coordinate effectively with field staff and internal teams

8. Knowledge of MIS Reporting, Data Analysis & Data Visualization

EDUCATION & OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

• Graduate in any discipline
• Relevant certifications in Advanced Excel/Data Analytics will be an added advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
