Walk-in || Lead Java FullStack Developer

As a Lead Fullstack Developer (Java + React), you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust applications that meet user needs. You will lead project development, ensuring best practices are followed and code quality is maintained. Your role will also involve mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes.

You will responsible for:
- Leading the development of full-stack applications using React and Java technologies.
- Overseeing code reviews and ensuring high-quality coding standards.
- Collaborating with product managers and designers to define project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Continuously evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve application performance and user experience.

To succeed in this role you should have the following:
- Strong experience in front-end technologies, particularly React, and back-end development using Java.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing software development projects.
- Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
