Walk-in || Lead Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Emerson DeltaV control system databases.
• Prepare and modify control modules, equipment modules, and process graphics.
• Configure I/O assignments, control strategies, alarms, and interlocks.
• Review P&IDs, control narratives, and engineering documents.
• Perform database testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and other engineering departments.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Lead the engineering team, review deliverables, and ensure timely project completion.
• Support FAT, commissioning, and site-related activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
• 58 years of experience in DCS/Emerson DeltaV database engineering.
• Strong knowledge of DeltaV configuration, control modules, equipment modules, and graphics.
• Experience in I/O configuration, control strategies, alarms, and interlocks.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, control narratives, and engineering documents.
• Good troubleshooting, team leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in project execution, FAT, and commissioning is preferred.
