We are hiring the position of Junior Recruiter (IT & Technical) at Newt (Chennai). 

We are looking for an experienced recruiter with 6 months to 1 years of experience in managing the recruitment process for IT and technical roles.

Job Description

Designation -Junior Talent Acquisition /Junior Technical Recruiter
Experience : 0 to 1 Years 
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days 
Location: Chennai - WFO
Interview Mode: Face to Face 

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and coordinate interviews.
• Track recruitment metrics and use ATS tools.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.
