Walk-in || IT Staffing & Recruitment Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for domestic staffing requirements across India.
• Must have hands-on experience in C2C (Contract-to-Contract), C2H (Contract-to-Hire), and FTE (Full-Time Employment) hiring.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, mandatory technical skills, experience, budget, location, and notice period.
• Work on technical requirements across Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AI/ML, and other IT domains.
• Screen candidates and assess technical suitability, communication skills, salary expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate with candidates, client stakeholders, and vendor partners to ensure timely profile submissions and interview scheduling.
• Manage C2C requirements by coordinating with implementation partners, vendors, and consultants, as applicable.
• Handle C2H hiring requirements, including candidate coordination, rate or salary discussions, and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
• Manage FTE recruitment from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Ensure candidate consent, resume accuracy, rate/CTC confirmation, and submission quality before forwarding profiles to clients.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, daily submission reports, interview updates, and closure reports.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process to improve conversion ratios.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing, submission, interview, and joining targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience in domestic IT staffing and recruitment is essential.
• Hands-on experience in C2C, C2H, and FTE recruitment is strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for Indian IT clients, staffing companies, consulting firms, or implementation partners.
• Good knowledge of the Indian IT recruitment market, candidate availability, notice periods, salary structures, and billing rates.
• Proficiency in Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, resume screening, and candidate pipeline management.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify candidates based on mandatory skills.
• Experience handling multiple IT requirements across different technologies and locations in India.
• Strong candidate engagement, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a recruitment team.
• Candidates with experience in vendor coordination, client management, and contract staffing closures will have an added advantage.
