Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)

Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate technical skills, communication, salary expectations, and notice period.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process and ensure timely feedback.
• Maintain candidate details, submission status, and recruitment trackers in the ATS.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills:

• 0–1 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT skills and technical job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri or other recruitment portals.
• Good communication, sourcing, and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work from the office in Chennai.
