• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and match candidates with job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Learn US IT recruitment processes, work authorizations, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in US time zones.
• Strong learning attitude, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Qualification: Any Graduate.

Work Location: Hyderabad.
