Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in IT Recruitment C2H / contact staffing positions.
  
• Education - B.C.A. / B.Sc computers / Any Specialization/MBA/BE/BTech/MCA/MTech.
  
• Strong experience of C2H model and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with candidates.
