Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical positions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, stakeholder management, and offer closure for various IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding and sourcing to offer release and candidate onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
• Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on required skills, experience, and client expectations.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial discussions to assess technical exposure, communication skills, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate technical interviews, client interviews, and feedback follow-ups.
• Manage candidate negotiations, offer acceptance, joining formalities, and follow-ups to minimize offer dropouts.
• Work closely with hiring managers, delivery teams, and clients to understand hiring priorities and timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment quality and turnaround time.
• Manage multiple requirements simultaneously and achieve assigned recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• 37 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical staffing.
• Strong understanding of IT skills and technology roles across areas such as Software Development, Java, .NET, Testing, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and ERP.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, job portals, Boolean searches, and resume databases.
• Excellent candidate engagement, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and match candidate profiles accurately.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and deadline-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT staffing, recruitment consulting, or IT services organizations.
• Exposure to client-based hiring and vendor coordination.
• Experience handling multiple technical requirements across different experience levels.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Positions closed within the agreed turnaround time.
• Number of qualified profiles submitted and interviews scheduled.
• Interview-to-selection and offer-to-joining ratios.
• Candidate retention and joining conversion rates.
• Achievement of monthly recruitment targets.
