Walk-in || Intern or IT Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers or interns who are interested in building a career in IT Recruitment. The candidate will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Understand IT job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Support the team in achieving recruitment targets and timely closures.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Interest in IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR.
• Willingness to learn technical job requirements and recruitment processes.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies is an added advantage.
