We are hiring HR Operation

Role: Branch Operation Executive (Vendor Payroll).
Departments : Human Resource.

Qualification: Graduate/PG.

You will be responsible for

• Recruitment & Onboarding
  Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding processes including documentation and induction programs.

• Employee Engagement
  Help organize employee welfare activities, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
• Collect feedback and assist in improving workplace culture.

• HR Operations
  Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management.
• Support in drafting HR policies and procedures.

• Compliance & Administration
  Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in audits and compliance reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any Graduate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
