Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations including employee lifecycle activities, onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers and exits.
• Handle GreytHR portal operations, employee records and HRMS transactions.
• Manage payroll inputs and coordination with payroll teams/vendors.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, HR activities and employee communication.
• Support HR processes, policies and process improvements.
• Assist in PMP / Performance Management Process, including goal setting, reviews and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS and dashboards as required.
• Support audits and ensure accurate and timely HR documentation.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Work from Office 5 days a week
• Hands-on experience with GreytHR or similar HRMS.
• Good understanding of payroll processes and labour laws.
• Experience in Performance Management (PMP) and employee engagement.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, documentation and compliance.
