Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
  
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (Human Resources).
  
• Strong understanding of HR Generalist Activities including HC & Insurance processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and candidates.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
