Roles and Responsibilities

• Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, etc.
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure smooth recruitment process.
  
• Conduct background verifications and exit formalities for new joiners.
  
• Manage leave management system and perform performance appraisals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in HR Execution & Recruitment role.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).
  
• Strong skills in Background Verification, Employee Engagement, Grievance Handling, Interviewing, Job Posting, Leave Management, Performance Appraisal, Sourcing Profiles Talent Acquisition.
