1. Position: Tunneling Engineers

Experience: 3 to 15 Years

Job Location: Rajasthan & Bihar

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Industry: Irrigation & Water Infrastructure

Role Summary: Recruiting skilled Tunneling Engineers with solid hands-on experience in underground excavation, drill-and-blast or TBM methodologies, and rock support systems.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Oversee underground excavation operations including drill-and-blast or Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) cycles, heading/bench excavation, and muck disposal.
• Monitor ground support installation including rock bolting, lattice girders, shotcreting, steel rib erection, and waterproofing membrane placement.
• Track underground face mapping, survey alignments, convergence measurements, and geotechnical instrumentation data.
• Enforce rigorous underground safety protocols, hazard identification, shift management, and coordination of daily progress reporting.

2. Position: Canal Lining & Structures Engineers

Experience: 3 to 15 Years

Job Location: Rajasthan & Bihar

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Role Summary: Looking for experienced execution professionals to oversee earthwork excavations, PCC/RCC lining operations, and hydraulic structures for major irrigation networks.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Manage end-to-end site execution for canal excavation, sub-grade preparation, concrete/PCC/RCC lining, and allied hydraulic structures (aqueducts, regulators, siphons, and drops).
• Ensure construction activities comply strictly with engineering drawings, technical specifications, project quality benchmarks, and approved timelines.
• Monitor daily site output, subcontractor performance, labour deployment, and material consumption to optimize execution efficiency.
• Supervise construction joints, curing procedures, formwork erection, and reinforcement placement in accordance with relevant IS standards.

3. Position: Surveyors / Senior Surveyors

Experience: 3 to 15 Years

Job Location: Rajasthan & Bihar

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI (Survey)

Industry: Irrigation & Water Infrastructure

Role Summary: Seeking qualified Surveyors with extensive expertise in executing large-scale land surveys, alignment establishment, and topographic mapping for major irrigation, canal, and tunnelling projects.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Execute precise topographical, alignment, contour mapping, and cross-section surveys for canal networks and underground structures.
• Operate and maintain high-precision surveying instruments including Total Station, DGPS, Auto Levels, and laser measurement systems.
• Establish primary and secondary control benchmarks on site, coordinating closely with construction teams for layout accuracy and Reduced Levels (RLs).
• Maintain meticulous survey field books, digital logs, data downloads, and as-built documentation for engineering audits.

4. Position: QA / QC Engineers (Canals )

Experience: 3 to 15 Years

Job Location: Rajasthan & Bihar

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Role Summary: Seeking dedicated Quality Assurance and Quality Control professionals to uphold rigorous engineering standards across canal construction and heavy concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Implement comprehensive QA/QC inspection and testing plans for earthwork compaction, concrete lining, and heavy structural works.
• Conduct and supervise routine material quality tests including soil density/compaction, aggregate gradation, concrete cube compressive strength, and cement integrity.
• Verify compliance of site execution with relevant Indian Standards (IS codes), technical specifications, and approved project drawings.
• Maintain rigorous quality documentation, material test certificates, inspection check-sheets, and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) with corrective actions.

Note: Candidates with relevant work experience in Tunnels and Canal Lining will be preferred.
