About Liability Sales
The Liability Sales department focuses on liability acquisition, assets, and retail forex business for the bank. It drives business through 2,700+ branches and is responsible for sourcing retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts, and forex business, with the objective of increasing the banks retail book.

About the Role
Assistant Managers Sales form part of the Banks frontline sales team. Their primary responsibility is to acquire new corporate salary accounts and explore new business opportunities. They engage with employees of partner corporates to offer banking products and services tailored to their needs. Additionally, they manage customer mapping, resolve queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities for corporate salary accounts by building new relationships with corporates.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing corporate customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the organization.
• Conduct market enhancement activities within corporates to drive business growth.
• Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, SEBI regulations, and other applicable financial industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized institute.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and local language.
• Excellent lead generation and conversion ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
