vLead the entire Branch Operational activities of an individual Branch v Manage a Service Team. vEnsure regulatory and procedural compliance vCo-ordinate the audit of the branch v Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio's, control retention and better cross sell activities vAuthorize and check Teller and Relationship teams entries vCheck end products, Check vouchers to clear transactions v Vault / Key custodian of the Branch v

vMeticulous & has an Eye for detail vAbility to manage and motivate front office staff. vThorough overall understanding of branch banking operations vGraduate : 4 - 6 years of experience vPost Graduate : 2 - 4 years of experience vShould possess customer orientation and team leader qualities
