Walk-in || Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate architectural designs for high-rise residential and redevelopment projects.
• Prepare and review architectural working drawings, detailed drawings and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior and other consultants.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors and site teams to ensure design intent is properly executed.
• Review drawings and resolve design-related issues during project execution.
• Ensure drawings and architectural details comply with project requirements and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities wherever required.
• Participate in design development, design coordination and technical discussions.
• Review shop drawings, material details and samples as required.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with the site/project team for architectural requirements.
• Monitor design changes and ensure proper documentation and communication to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving technical and architectural issues during construction.
• Maintain coordination between design, consultant and execution teams.

Required Experience

• 7-9 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Strong experience in high-rise residential projects is preferred.
• Experience in redevelopment projects will be an advantage.
• Candidates with South Mumbai project experience will be preferred.
• Experience working with real estate developers, architectural firms or construction companies.
• Exposure to large-scale residential / mixed-use developments will be preferred.
• Candidates should have experience coordinating with multiple consultants and project teams.

B.Arch from a recognized institution.
