About this role
Job Description :
MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification, with 15+ years of experience in IT business analysis, project management, or technology delivery within financial services, particularly Asset Servicing and Transaction Services. Strong domain knowledge of Corporate Actions, including mandatory and voluntary events, entitlement calculations, market claims, tax processing, income processing involving dividends and coupons, claims tracking, reconciliation, exception management, and post-trade lifecycle operations is essential. Responsibilities include taking end-to-end ownership of project delivery, managing project planning, governance, milestones, risks, and dependencies, coordinating cross-functional teams, gathering and documenting business requirements, preparing functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, conducting gap analysis, impact assessments, and process mapping, and supporting the complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering through UAT and production deployment. The role also requires strong stakeholder management, experience working with senior Operations and Technology teams, facilitating workshops and steering committee meetings, providing project updates, and mentoring junior analysts and developers. Mandatory technical skills include SQL for data querying and validation, Unix/Linux command-line knowledge, JIRA for project and issue tracking, Confluence for documentation, and hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot or equivalent. Strong leadership, strategic decision-making, problem-solving, communication, project ownership, and collaboration skills are required, along with the ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver complex initiatives across Asset Servicing and Transaction Services.Sourced from foundit
