Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Visual Merchandising guidelines across all stores.
• Plan and implement store layouts, product displays, window displays, mannequin styling, fixtures, and promotional areas.
• Create visual stories that communicate performance, comfort, functionality, and lifestyle.
• Ensure products are presented to highlight their key features, functionality, comfort, fit, and styling possibilities.
• Plan and execute seasonal, collection, launch, promotional, and campaign-based VM concepts.
• Work closely with Design, Marketing, Retail, Product, and Sales teams to maintain consistent visual communication.
• Develop planograms, display guidelines, styling directions, and VM toolkits for stores.
• Conduct regular store visits and VM audits to ensure visual standards are consistently maintained.
• Analyse sales performance, customer movement, product visibility, and store presentation to improve merchandising and conversion.
• Ensure the right product is displayed in the right location based on category, colour, collection, season, stock availability, and sales performance.
• Coordinate with store teams, fabricators, vendors, and external agencies for the execution of displays, fixtures, signage, and branding elements.
• Maintain consistency in product presentation, mannequin styling, window displays, and in-store communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and overall shopping experience through effective visual merchandising.
• Stay updated on fashion, retail, streetwear, techwear, styling, and visual merchandising trends.
• Support new store openings, renovations, pop-ups, exhibitions, and special retail activations.
• Conduct competitor store visits and market studies to identify new VM opportunities and best practices.
• Prepare VM reports, store audit reports, execution updates, and visual guidelines for management review.
• Ensure timely implementation of VM calendars, campaign rollouts, and seasonal changes across stores.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Visual Merchandising, Retail, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in fashion/apparel visual merchandising or retail VM.
• Strong understanding of fashion styling, colour coordination, space planning, and product presentation.
• Good eye for detail, aesthetics, composition, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to translate brand concepts into practical retail displays.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and preferably Adobe Creative Suite/Canva.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to stores as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven fashion brand environment.
