Role Description : The Visual Merchandiser is a full-time, on-site role based at Singhania's in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing visual displays that reflect the brand's focus on traditional weaves and curated combinations, including window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations. Day-to-day tasks include styling mannequins, arranging merchandise by theme or visual story telling , maintaining visual standards across all retail areas, and coordinating with sales and store teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences. The Visual Merchandiser will analyze customer behavior and store traffic, adjust displays to optimize engagement and sales, and support promotional campaigns and seasonal launches. Collaboration with management, design, and retail teams is essential to ensure that the visual storytelling aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies across the store

• Design engaging window displays and in-store layouts

• Ensure consistent brand presentation across all visual touchpoints

• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, launches, and promotions

• Maintain fresh, appealing, and customer-centric store aesthetics

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising

• Prior experience with saree or ethnic wear brands preferred

• Strong sense of styling, color coordination, and retail aesthetics

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

• Candidates from NIFT / NID preferred

Salary : Industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)

Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM | 6 days/week
