We are looking for a Visual Communicator who will work across our group of brands on design strategy, marketing collaterals, social media, graphics, promotions and video editing. You will play a key role in bringing each brand's unique identity, personality and ethos to life through compelling visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Creatives

• Create visually engaging digital ads, social media posts, and online marketing materials that reflect the distinct brand identities of our lifestyle fashion brands.
• Design packaging and promotional materials that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also environmentally conscious.

Photoshoots and Video Shoots

• Conceptualize and plan photoshoots and video shoots, including mood boards, location scouting, and styling to ensure they align with the respective brand's image.
• Liaise with photographers, models, and other relevant stakeholders for successful execution.
• Perform post-production editing when necessary to enhance the quality of visual content.
• Shoot and edit short form videos for social media across our brands.

Content Organization

• Maintain an organized and accessible library of visual content files across all our brands.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient organization and archiving of existing graphics and video files.

Brand Identity Development

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of each brand's identity and values.
• Ensure that all visual materials are in line with the respective brand's messaging and purpose.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and E-commerce teams across our group of brands to align visual communication with overall marketing and sales strategies.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to meet project goals and timelines.

Stay Informed

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, photography, and videography.
• Continuously seek inspiration and innovative ideas to enhance visual communication across our brands.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office).
• Strong understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly design principles.
• Experience in planning and executing photoshoots and video shoots.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a library of digital assets.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with current design and marketing trends.
