Visa Officer - Schengen, European Visas, Germany Opportunity Card and NZ Visa

We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Visa Officer with experience in European visa pathways. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent client communication skills and a passion for helping people achieve their travel, study or migration goals, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client eligibility for Schengen, European and Germany Opportunity Card and NZ Visa
• Prepare, review and lodge visa applications with accuracy and compliance
• Guide clients through documentation, requirements and timelines
• Maintain high-quality case notes and client records
• Provide professional advice and ensure strong application outcomes
• Communicate with clients clearly, confidently and respectfully

Requirements

• Experience in visa processing (Schengen/Europe/Germany Opportunity Card and NZ Visa)
• Strong understanding of documentation, eligibility and compliance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Preferred (but not essential)

• Experience in migration or international education
• Knowledge of Germany's Opportunity Card points system
• Multilingual ability (advantage)
