Role Description

The Visa Consultant role at VIRTUAL PRO UAE is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The Visa Consultant will guide clients through residence and tourist visa processes, including documentation review, application preparation, and submission for various visa categories such as family, spouse, child, employment, and newborn visas. This role involves providing expert consultation on immigration rules, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of applications and case statuses. The Visa Consultant will coordinate with relevant authorities or partner offices, ensure compliance with current UAE immigration regulations, and follow up on applications to support timely approvals. The position also includes educating clients on requirements, timelines, and potential issues, while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of immigration and visa processes, including Immigration Issues, Immigration, and Visas.
• Experience providing client-focused guidance and Consulting services related to visa or relocation matters.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation, forms, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with office software and online application platforms used for visa processing.
• Prior experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or travel and relocation support is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in administration, law, business, or a related field preferred.
