PropSarathi is looking for a talented, creative and highly hands-on Videographer & Video Editor to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who can independently take content from:

CONCEPT → SHOOT → EDIT → FINAL CONTENT

You will create visual content around real estate projects, property walkthroughs, investment opportunities, locations, founder/team content, client stories, events and the PropSarathi brand.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to create, experiment, contribute ideas and grow with a fast-moving real estate brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO VIDEOGRAPHY

Independently handle:

• Professional camera operation
• Framing & composition
• Camera settings, exposure & focus
• Lighting
• Gimbal & tripod shooting
• Talking-head videos
• Property walkthroughs
• Project videos
• Interviews & testimonials
• B-roll & lifestyle content
• Indoor/outdoor shoots
• Site visits & events
• Vertical & horizontal content

You should also be comfortable directing people on camera and getting the right footage for the final edit.

VIDEO EDITING

Take raw footage and turn it into polished, engaging, publish-ready content.

Preferred tools:

Adobe Premiere Pro • After Effects • DaVinci Resolve • Final Cut Pro • CapCut

Skills should include:

• Reels & Shorts
• Long-form editing
• Fast-paced editing
• Captions & subtitles
• Motion graphics
• Text animation
• Transitions
• Sound design
• Music & voiceovers
• B-roll
• Color correction
• Basic color grading
• Masking & green screen
• Social-media formatting

You should be able to independently take a shoot from raw footage to final video.

CONTENT & CREATIVE THINKING

We don't want someone who simply operates a camera.

You should understand what makes content interesting and engaging.

You should be able to:

• Suggest content ideas
• Understand hooks
• Identify strong shots
• Improve concepts visually
• Work with scripts
• Suggest creative improvements during shoots
• Repurpose footage
• Adapt content for different platforms
• Follow social-media trends
• Understand short-form content

Basic scripting/storytelling ability is a strong advantage.

GRAPHIC DESIGN — ADVANTAGE

Graphic-design skills will make you stand out.

Experience with:

Photoshop • Illustrator • Canva Pro • After Effects

is preferred.

Ability to create or assist with:

• Social-media creatives
• Thumbnails

• Carousels
• Property/project creatives
• Campaign graphics
• Promotional creatives

Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour and visual hierarchy is valued.

AI & MODERN CREATIVE TOOLS

ChatGPT • Claude • Gemini • Midjourney • Adobe Firefly • Runway • Kling • Pika • AI editing/voice/subtitle tools

is an advantage.

You don't need to know every tool.

You should be curious, adaptable, and willing to learn new technology.
PHOTOGRAPHY

Ability to shoot professional photographs for:

DRONE

Drone experience/ownership is a strong advantage.

All drone operations must comply with applicable Indian rules and permissions.

REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE

Experience in real estate, architecture, hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or property marketing is an advantage.

You should be comfortable learning and visually presenting:

You should have your own professional content-production setup.

CAMERA

Capable mirrorless/professional camera suitable for high-quality video.

Preferred: Sony / Canon / Fujifilm / Nikon / Panasonic

LENSES

Suitable wide-angle and general-purpose/portrait lenses.

STABILISATION

Gimbal, tripod, and essential camera accessories.

AUDIO

Wireless microphone, lavalier/secondary microphone, headphones and wind protection.

LIGHTING

Portable LED/key/fill lights, stands and diffuser/softbox.

ACCESSORIES

Extra batteries, memory cards, chargers, filters, camera bag, cables, power bank and external SSD/storage.

LAPTOP

Your own capable editing laptop/workstation.

16 GB RAM minimum | 32 GB preferred | SSD | Dedicated GPU preferred

PERSONAL BIKE — REQUIRED

You will travel to project sites, properties, events and other locations across Bangalore/North Bangalore.

Personal bike + valid driving licence required.

COMPENSATIONUP TO 6,00,000 LPA

Approximately 50,000/month, depending on experience, portfolio, skills and overall fit.
