We're looking for a Videographer & Video Editor who can help bring TÜSK to life through strong visual storytelling, engaging short-form content, product films, lifestyle shoots, and brand campaigns.

About the Role

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys both shooting and editing.

You'll work closely with our marketing, social media, and design teams to create video content for Instagram, Reels, ads, website, Amazon, product launches, and campaigns.

Your role will cover the entire production process — from understanding the creative idea and planning the shot to filming, editing, colour grading, sound, and final delivery.

We're looking for someone with a strong visual eye who can make content feel modern, premium, natural, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

1. Videography & Shooting

• Plan and shoot Instagram Reels, short-form videos, product videos, lifestyle content, and brand campaigns.
• Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, composition, and movement.
• Shoot product-focused, model-led, founder-led, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Work with models, creators, founders, and team members during shoots.
• Help develop shot lists and visual references before production.
• Experiment with different camera angles, movements, lighting setups, and visual styles.

2. Video Editing

• Edit Reels, social media videos, digital ads, product films, and campaign content.
• Build engaging edits using pacing, transitions, typography, music, sound effects, and visual storytelling.
• Colour correct and colour grade footage to maintain a consistent TÜSK visual aesthetic.
• Edit content for different platforms, aspect ratios, and placements.
• Create multiple versions of content for social media and performance marketing.
• Organise raw footage, project files, and final video assets.

3. Social Media Content

• Work closely with the social media team to turn ideas and scripts into strong video content.
• Understand how to create attention-grabbing openings for short-form videos.
• Keep up with Reels, creator, video, and editing trends.
• Adapt trending formats in a way that feels relevant to TÜSK.
• Help develop recurring content formats and video series.

4. Product & Lifestyle Shoots

• Shoot high-quality product videos for social media, website, Amazon, and advertisements.
• Help plan lifestyle and campaign shoots.
• Work with props, locations, backgrounds, lighting, and styling to create strong compositions.
• Capture additional photography when required during shoots.
• Ensure the product looks premium, accurate, and natural on camera.

5. Ads, Website & E-commerce Content

• Create video assets for Meta Ads, Google Ads, website banners, landing pages, and Amazon.
• Shoot product demonstrations, feature-focused videos, testimonials, and UGC-style content.
• Create multiple video variations for creative testing.
• Work with the marketing team to understand which creatives perform and improve future executions.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-have

• 1–3 years of experience in videography, video editing, or content production.
• Strong hands-on experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, exposure, and camera movement.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Experience editing Instagram Reels and short-form social media content.
• Good understanding of colour correction, colour grading, and basic sound design.
• Ability to independently shoot and edit content from start to finish.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your shooting and editing abilities.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or motion graphics.
• Experience in product and lifestyle videography.
• Basic product photography skills.
• Experience creating video ads for D2C or consumer brands.
• Familiarity with Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, or models.
• Understanding of AI-powered video and creative tools.
