Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video & Motion Graphics Editor based in Hyderabad. The editor will be responsible for conceptualizing, editing, and producing engaging video content that showcases AR GLOBAL HUB's services, student success stories, and informational resources. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, creating motion graphics and animations, adding sound effects and music, and ensuring videos follow brand guidelines and messaging. The role involves collaborating with marketing and counseling teams to develop content for social media, digital campaigns, and presentations, as well as optimizing video formats for different platforms. The editor will also manage media assets, maintain organized project files, and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Proficiency in motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects or comparable applications).
• Knowledge of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and basic cinematography principles.
• Experience creating content for digital platforms, including social media, YouTube, and online campaigns.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interpret creative briefs and feedback constructively.
• Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, animation, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating video and motion graphics work is required.
