Key Responsibilities

• Lead ideation and conceptualization for Reels, short-form videos, ads, and long-form content
• Own the complete video production workflow: ideation, scripting, shooting guidance, editing, and publishing
• Create high-quality, engaging videos with strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design
• Edit and design using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (basic), and AI tools such as Runway, Descript, and Firefly
• Optimize video content for social media platforms based on trends, audience behavior, and algorithms
• Collaborate closely with marketing and performance teams to align creative output with business goals
• Manage tight deadlines while consistently delivering premium-quality content
