Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Video Editor role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content for various digital platforms, including social media, advertising campaigns, and branded content. Day-to-day work includes assembling raw footage, selecting impactful shots, synchronizing audio, and applying color grading and visual enhancements to align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. The role involves collaborating with creative strategists, copywriters, and designers to develop compelling video narratives and motion graphics that support marketing objectives. The Video Editor will also manage media assets, optimize content for different formats, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual tone and enhance storytelling impact.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support campaign concepts and increase viewer engagement.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Solid understanding of digital and social media formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for platform-specific video content.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative creative processes.
• Relevant coursework or a degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
