About Elevate Yoga

Elevate Yoga is a live online yoga platform built around real health outcomes, not just workouts. Our classes are live and capped at 15 students, so every member gets personal attention from expert teachers. We serve students across India and internationally, including the UAE, US and UK, and we're growing fast.

Video is at the core of how we teach, market and grow. We're looking for an editor who can own it end to end.

Role Overview

You will own all video output for the brand: Meta ad creatives, Instagram and YouTube content, member testimonials, teacher content and educational material. You'll take raw footage through to the final publish-ready edit, and you'll work directly with the founder on creative direction and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-converting ad creatives for Meta and Google, built around hooks, retention and clear calls to action

- Produce short-form content (Reels, Shorts) and long-form YouTube videos on a weekly calendar

- Edit student testimonials and transformation stories that build trust and drive conversions

- Repurpose live class recordings and teacher sessions into multiple social assets

- Create content for campaigns, challenges, launches and corporate yoga programs

- Handle colour correction, audio cleanup, captions, subtitles and motion graphics

- Iterate on creatives based on ad performance data (hook rate, CTR, retention)

- Maintain an organised, well-labelled video library and asset archive

- Follow brand guidelines and our premium visual tone

Requirements

- 1–3 years of professional video editing experience

- Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve

- Working knowledge of After Effects or similar motion graphics tools

- Proven experience editing performance ads or social content that drove results

- A sharp understanding of hooks, pacing and platform-native formats

- Ability to handle multiple projects with fast, reliable turnaround

- Ownership mindset: you spot what needs doing without waiting to be told

- A portfolio or showreel is mandatory

Nice to Have

- Experience in wellness, fitness, health or education content

- Familiarity with premium brand aesthetics (MasterClass, Alo Moves, Glo)

- Thumbnail design skills

- Basic shoot coordination or camera knowledge

- Comfort editing Hindi and English content
