Role Descrng>iption This is a part-time Video Editor role based in Rajkot with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Video Editor will assemble and edit raw footage for courses, marketing campaigns, social media, and other educational content, ensuring clear storytelling and consistent branding. Daily tasks include selecting and organizing clips, applying transitions, titles, and graphics, performing basic sound adjustments, and optimizing videos for different platforms. The role also involves collaborating with trainers, content creators, and the marketing team to interpret briefs, refine scripts visually, and meet production timelines. The Video Editor will help maintain an organized asset library, support video production on set when needed, and contribute creative ideas to improve the overall quality of learning materials.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end editing workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency, mood, and overall image quality.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower thirds, and visual elements that support learning content.
• Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar software).
• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to follow brand guidelines, and strong time management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Candidates should have effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
• A portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics work is required; prior experience in education, e-learning, or content creation is an advantage.
