Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bengaluru East. The Video Editor will edit and assemble raw footage into polished brand videos for social media, campaigns, and product stories, ensuring consistency with Brummell's visual identity and tone. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing footage, performing color correction and basic audio cleanup, adding motion graphics and text overlays, and optimizing videos for different platforms. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams on concepts, storyboards, and shot planning, as well as providing input on video production to maintain high visual standards. The Video Editor will support content creation across channels and meet deadlines for seasonal launches and ongoing brand communication.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills to plan, assemble, and refine visual content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and basic Graphics to ensure consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics.
• Candidates should possess Motion Graphics capabilities to create engaging animations, titles, and brand-aligned visual elements.
• Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for short-form and long-form video content.
• Candidates should exhibit strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, time management, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce content, along with a portfolio showcasing video work, is highly beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
