Video Editor & Graphic Designer

StegLabs is looking for a creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team.

We're looking for someone who can do more than just execute a brief.

You should be able to take a concept, an idea or a creative brief and think about how it can become a campaign — whether that's for an event, a brand or a larger project.

What you'll be doing:

• Editing high-quality short-form and long-form video content

• Creating graphics, social creatives and other visual assets for campaigns

• Translating written ideas and briefs into strong visual concepts

• Creating content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms

• Developing a consistent visual language across campaigns

• Researching trends, references and new creative formats

• Using everyday AI tools to create and improve ideation, production and creative workflows

• Working with the team from concept through to final execution

• Identifying creative formats and templates that work, then turning them into reusable systems for future campaigns

• Building and maintaining a library of video, motion and design templates that can be adapted quickly across projects

We're looking for someone with a strong sense of visual storytelling, design, pacing, trends and campaign thinking.

You should be confident with tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Figma and AI-powered creative tools is a plus.

But the most important thing is your portfolio and how you think.

We want someone who can look at an idea and ask:

How can we make this visually better

Not just:

What do I need to edit
