Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor and Motion Graphic Designer. The role involves editing films, web series, documentaries and promotional videos, with a focus on narrative clarity, pacing and emotional impact. Daily responsibilities include assembling raw footage, colour grading, adding sound and basic effects, and preparing final deliverables for streaming platforms and social media. The role also includes designing and animating motion graphics, titles and visual elements that strengthen the storytelling. You will work closely with directors, producers and the marketing team, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and maintain an organised workflow with proper archiving of media assets.

Qualifications:

• Freshers and candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience may apply.
• Good editing skills for both short-form and long-form videos.
• Working knowledge of colour grading to maintain a consistent visual tone.
• Working knowledge of motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. DaVinci Resolve and Photoshop are an advantage.
• Experience with narrative and promotional video formats.
• Strong storytelling sense, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret creative briefs and act on feedback.
• Experience with generative AI models and workflows is an advantage.
