About The Role

We're looking for a Video Editor who can create engaging, high-performing short-form videos and performance ads for Rigi TV.

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form ads, Reels, and promotional videos for Rigi TV.
• Turn scripts and raw footage into high-retention, engaging content.
• Create strong hooks, transitions, captions, sound design, and CTAs.
• Adapt content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Experiment with different creative formats, hooks, and storytelling styles.
• Use AI tools extensively for editing, content creation, ideation, voiceovers, visuals, and post-production.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to deliver performance-driven creatives.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of video editing experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools is mandatory.
• Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Strong understanding of short-form storytelling, pacing, trends, and audience retention.
• Ability to create content that grabs attention and drives action.
• A strong portfolio showcasing short-form/video ad work.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore.
