Vice President - Public Relations/Branding & Strategic Marketing - IT

About the Opportunity:

We are hiring for a senior leadership opportunity with a leading global technology organization.

The role will be responsible for driving the organization's global brand strategy, strengthening its market presence and leading high-impact PR, branding and strategic communication initiatives.

This is a highly visible leadership position that will work closely with the executive leadership team to shape the organization's brand direction, influence strategic priorities and build upon its established global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the organization's business priorities and long-term vision.

Strategic PR & External Communications: Lead high-impact public relations and external communication initiatives to strengthen brand visibility across global markets.

Brand Positioning & Differentiation: Create compelling brand narratives and innovative campaigns that showcase the organization's capabilities, innovation and market leadership.

Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with CXO-level leadership to shape strategic messaging, brand direction and key communication initiatives.

Marketing & Brand Initiatives: Drive integrated branding and strategic marketing programs across relevant channels and stakeholder groups.

Global Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent and compelling brand identity across markets, platforms and communication channels.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and develop a team of 10+ professionals, fostering creativity, collaboration and strong execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Extensive leadership experience in Corporate Branding, Public Relations, Strategic Marketing or External Communications.

- Proven experience in developing and executing large-scale brand strategies and high-impact marketing initiatives.

- Strong understanding of global brand positioning, corporate storytelling and strategic PR.

- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives and influence strategic business decisions.

- Excellent executive presence, communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams of 10+ professionals.

- Candidates from diverse industries are welcome, including large multinational organizations and leading PR, branding or marketing consulting firms.

- Strong preference for professionals with a strategic marketing and brand-building orientation, rather than predominantly internal communications experience.
