This leadership role will be responsible for building scalable operating models, strengthening operational frameworks, driving process automation, and enhancing overall customer experience across multiple financial products.

- End-to-end Product Operations across Mutual Funds and investment products.

- Operational strategy, process standardization, and workflow optimization.

- Regulatory governance, compliance, risk management, and audit readiness.

- Digital transformation, process automation, and operational efficiency.

- Stakeholder management across Product, Technology, Business, Compliance, and external partners.

- Customer experience enhancement, service delivery, and TAT management.

- Leadership and development of high-performing operations teams.

Ideal Background:

Professionals with extensive experience in Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Broking, or Financial Services, along with strong expertise in managing large-scale product operations and driving operational transformation.
