Vice President - Learning & Development - Financial Services

Shape leadership capability and talent development across India and APAC through high-impact learning initiatives and strategic partnership with senior business leaders. Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership, management and professional development programs for employees across career levels.

- Regional Learning Strategy: Act as a key Learning & Development contact for APAC, aligning regional needs with global learning priorities.

- Global Programs: Contribute to the evolution and delivery of the global learning curriculum, including needs assessment, content quality, facilitation and demand management.

- Talent and Inclusion: Partner with HR, Talent and Diversity & Inclusion teams to deliver initiatives that strengthen leadership and employee capability.

- Learning Innovation: Explore AI-enabled and self-directed learning approaches to improve the reach and effectiveness of development programs.

- Program Delivery: Lead end-to-end learning projects, coordinate speakers and external learning partners, and manage program delivery.

- Impact Measurement: Evaluate participation, learner feedback and program effectiveness to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Eligibility:

- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or a related field.

- Proven experience designing, delivering and scaling leadership development programs.

- Strong end-to-end project and program management capabilities.

- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating across regional and global teams.

- Strong prioritisation and independent working skills in a fast-paced environment.

- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

- Preferred: Experience in financial services or professional services.
