Role Overview:

As the Vice President/Director - Treasury Solutions, you will spearhead the strategic development and execution of sophisticated treasury management frameworks for our high-value corporate clientele. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive treasury strategies for large-scale corporate clients to optimize their cash management and working capital cycles.

- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex FX and derivative transactions, ensuring alignment with client risk appetite and regulatory compliance standards.

- Cultivate and manage high-level business alliances with banking partners and financial institutions to expand our service distribution and product reach.

- Mentor and guide a team of treasury professionals, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and proactive client service.

- Analyze macroeconomic trends and market volatility to provide actionable insights that help clients navigate foreign exchange exposure and interest rate risks.

- Drive the P&L performance of the treasury solutions vertical by identifying new market opportunities and refining existing product offerings.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex treasury portfolios, with a deep understanding of FX markets, hedging strategies, and liquidity optimization tools.

- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term business alliances, leveraging strong negotiation skills to secure high-value partnerships.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of articulating intricate financial concepts to C-suite executives and institutional boards.
