UX Experience Design Lead (Enterprise & GenAI)

We are looking for a highly experienced UX Experience Design Lead to drive end-to-end design delivery for a large-scale enterprise transformation program. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on design leader with expertise in Design Systems, Atomic Design, Design Tokens, Component-Driven Architecture, and Multi-Country Product Rollouts.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams while ensuring a consistent and scalable user experience across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy, design execution, and delivery ownership for enterprise products.
• Design and scale enterprise-grade Design Systems using Atomic Design principles.
• Define and manage Design Tokens, Component Libraries, and Figma Variables.
• Drive component-driven UI architecture suitable for multi-country rollouts.
• Create intuitive user experiences through research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Design engaging micro-interactions, motion design patterns, and interaction behaviors.
• Ensure responsive and adaptive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Partner with Product Managers, Business Teams, Engineering Teams, and Client Stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior designers while maintaining design quality and governance.
• Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate design workflows and innovation.
